Aug 6, When you use a mod it uses the mods directories and the files inside over the ones you have, unless the mod replaces ministers pictures it shouldn't replace your kittens. And then even after you have stopped using a mod that would modify ministers it would go back to your kittens. You would still have the mod if it was deleted from the workshop but it would probably be marked as incompatible next time an update came out, as long as it was only minister pictures it should still be fine though, if it changed something in game which was later modified by paradox it would probably just break.
